LithosAI was founded by Dimitrios Skarlatos and Zhihao Jia, professors of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University. They bring years of research across machine learning systems, GPUs, operating systems, and hardware software codesign. Lithos applies that experience to make frontier models dramatically faster on standard GPUs.
